Returns & Refunds

• •Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• •To start a return, contact us at hello@generic.com with your order number.
• •Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

• •Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• •If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
• •Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We gladly accept exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or model, please contact us and we'll help process the exchange. Exchanges follow the same 30-day window as returns.
